In this paper, on the basis of considering the shaft quality and shaft torsion flexible deformation influence, we derived elastic bearing flexible rotor system dynamics model in consideration to the influence of bearing rigidity and rotational speed. Paper presents a new method to establish a non-linear dynamic model of coupled system, this method uses flexible multi-body system dynamics and combines finite element method with Lagrange's equation, a flexible rotor system dynamics model established on the condition of the elastic bearing Analyze the rotor and flexible space's matrix analytic expressions of multi-body dynamics under the condition of the symmetric non-eccentric, symmetric eccentric and general position. The creation process of Kinetic equation considers the impact of rotor speed and bearing rigidity change on the system. Discuss the various ways of solving flexible rotor system dynamic equations, and Newmarkβmethod was employed to the simulation analysis of the impact of the rotor eccentricity, bearing stiffness change and rotor speed change on the system, then system dynamic response curve was given and carried out by comparison and in analysis.
