Bearingless induction motor is to use two sets of stator windings cooperate to produce radial magnetic field strength, the rotation of the rotor suspended in space, so that no contact between the rotor and the stator of a new high-performance motor. It has no friction, no wear, no lubrication and sealing, high speed, high precision, long life and a series of advantages for high-speed, high precision, high-power fields.Firstly, in-depth analysis of the mechanism of bearingless induction motor suspension was established based on a mathematical model of the motor, and on this basis, for non-bearing characteristics of induction motors, introducing several classical control methods, such as vector control, direct torque control method, which focuses on space voltage vector-based direct torque control (SVM-DTC) method, by simulation, confirming that the control method for induction motor without bearings have a good control performance, to achieve the stability of the rotor suspension, but there is overshoot speed, torque and flux with pulsation problems, so the article has proposed a disturbance rejection control techniques. ADRC using nonlinear control strategy is superior to the traditional PID controller. This disadvantage of the traditional PID controller and the asynchronous motor complex system designed speed torque disturbance rejection controller module, based on ESO's rotor flux and speed identification module, built based on ADRC's no bearing asynchronous SVM-DTC motor control system, simulation results show that ADRC can effectively restrain the speed overshoot, reduce the transition time, speed and flux identification precision, control system robustness, immunity to interference.Final the article design the hardware and software digital control systems based on the TMS320F2812. Moreover, the main hardware system for induction motor without bearing the principles and characteristics of the module were designed speed, displacement module was implemented.
