Now the power industry has a great development, providing basic power for the industry and other sectors of the national economy. Medium-sized thermal power plants, hydroelectric plants, some nuclear power plants and wind power stations have been building throughout the country, with a total installed capacity to grow rapidly, reaching 874 million kW by 2009. When the summer and winter, however, the electricity is still difficult to meet the needs of economic development, especially for remote and isolated areas, temporary industrial sites, vital sectors of not allowing power failure, as well as supply load of power shortage.These sections need to have back-up power supply with easy to move and economical to use. Natural disasters such as earthquakes, snowstorms, floods, damage power facilities and impact on the safety of power supply seriously. At this time, self-powered electrical energy can provide follow-up to ensure the normal operation of various equipment.Inverter generator sets as a small power supply facilities is the ideal power supply emergency equipment, with its small size, low cost, easy moving and so on. When high power supply is needed, using more electricity generators in parallel way is more economical than using a single high-power generator, taking into account the frequency and efficiency of economic generator. But the problem of multiple generators in parallel is uneven distribution of power, which is researched in the paper, and finally rectifier Parallel flow control system is adopted to achieve power balance.In the main loop, the bridge rectifier circuit is used to commute the three-phase AC of each inverter generator output. We designed the control system based on PIC18F2320 chip, used the Hall sensor to collect branch current and used A/D converter module to transform the current signal. We used the fuzzy PID algorithm processing, with suitable PWM output to drive the IGBT gate signal to complete power balance. Peripherals modules include:power module, the analog input section, the main loop, PWM output protection circuits and other auxiliary components.Experimental tests show that the inverter generators in parallel flow controllers were able to achieve flow control.
