Based on the rotor flux vector control as a kind of variable speed system control method, with very good dynamic and static performance, received extensive attention. In recent years, many scholars at home and abroad of vector control are put forward many solutions. This paper summarizes the vector control in some key problems, and lists the comparison of the commonly used method to solve. Also put forward their own solutions.This scheme is based on the rotor flux, through the fixed switching frequency and using space vector modulation (SVPWM) method vector control. In the system, and estimate the size of the rotor flux, and use and Angle of view as the rotor flux of coordinate transformation of rotation, namely the rotation Angle of the rotor flux based on directed, at the same time, using the loop speed loop velocity estimation algorithm, the rotor speed estimate is complete description, and the realization process of velocity vector control.At the same time, because in flux estimation and speed estimation, frequent use of motor parameters to if motor parameter estimation inaccurate, will greatly influence the control accuracy and stability of the system, of course, as experiment, can advance knowledge of motor parameters, but experiments in order to guarantee the inverter to the general aspects in the future development, this article discussed the problem of system identification is presented, the general method of system identification, using the least squares method of motor parameters derived the expression.This paper based on the rotor flux vector control system speed is simulated, and the discussion on the feasibility of the algorithm is verified, and good results have been achieved. The paper presents the system, in the experimental procedure control chip TMS320F2812 as hardware platform, do a lot of work, is practical.
