With the development of the power electronics technique, the issue of the harmonic in the electric network has been paid more and more attention to. Especially the switching power supply becomes an assignable harmonic source. It is significative to study a new rectifier which has power factor correction function and can achieve high efficiency as well as be able to limits the harmonic pollution.In this paper, the development of PFC technology and resonant converter are analyzed. According to the characteristics of two-stage PFC, LLC series resonant converter in combined with the dual boost interleaving parallel PFC forms a front-end AC-DC converter. With natural interleaving technique, the front PFC could depress the current ripple and the stress on the power device. With frequency shifting and LLC series resonant topology, the End DC-DC converter can highly raise response speed and expend the ZVS range. The paper gives an in-depth analysis to the principle of the front-end converter and the designation of the main and peripheral parameter. LLC resonant converter with PFC proregulator based on UCC28060 and L6599 is designed.The prototypes were built and the principle validate to PFC converters and LLC converters. The power correction effect can be approved when receive the THD about 5%, PFC above 0.95 in the input current, LLC series resonant converter can achieve ZVS without any other devices.
