| In order to strengthen detecting water quality about textile printing and dyeing industry, design the conventional water quality parameters of industrial Detector .This detector can detect the pH, turbidity, dissolved Oxygen, conductivity, temperature, water level, chemical oxygen demand of water quality indicators which required for textile printing and dyeing.The article outlines the principles of each parameter detected, choose a suitable detection methods, sensor and signal acquisition amplifier circuit, designed portable water quality detector which based on the Low-power single-chip MSP430F149. The hardware design which includes detect detection, LCD, voice alarm,serial communications and so on. Software design including lower computer control software written by the C language and upper computer testing interface display software written by VC++ language. In order to improve the detection performance, the use of switching power supply for equipment supply; In order to reduce the influence of temperature on the detection parameters, software programming method was used as temperature compensation on the pH value, the conductivity and dissolved oxygen.The results show that since added temperature compensation pH errors reduced from±0.2 pH value to±0.1 pH value, conductivity detection errors reduced from±0.02 to±0.01, which meet the requirement of the water inspection in printing industry on textile. |
