With the development of modern optical technology rapidly, military opto-electronic weapons in the application of military field become very popular. A variety of opto-electronic tracking stablilized platforms such as airborne and vehiclebone have the important and irreplaceable role in modern warfare., Through the overall design of emission system for mid-infrared laser tracking, the light source is improved based on the original supervoltage lamp and make the mid-infrared laser as the emitting source. Make the jammr band extend to the mid-infrared band. And increase the crypticity of mid-infrared laser tracking stable platform, realized the automatic capture, target tracking and then make the fuction of interference and ineptitude more prominent.In this paper, it introduces the purpose, significance, the developments at home and abroad of this topic firstly. On that basis, carry through design, comparison and analysis of the overall program, and the best design received at last. Then carried out specific design of mid-infrared laser tracking emmitting system and the procedure of installation and commissioning. Eventually conduct detection and analysis in every guideline of mid-infrared laser tracking emmitting system and the guideline meets technical requirements. Meanwhile the reflectivity of system reached 81.03%, the ratio of expanded beam is 1:12.04, the space migration of laser emission axis and CCD camera axis is 0.31 mrad.
