In recent years, the development of China's transportation industry is rapid. However, during the transportation of goods due to the body itself and the road inequality factors caused the vibration of the goods. If the vibration is up to a certain degree of unavoidable harm, it would make the goods damaged. In this paper, the use of theoretical analysis and computer simulation method combining the real equipment, the vibration response of the automotive equipment in different excitation is calculated and analyzed. The paper selects EG1081G2AD5 automotive for the automotive equipment vibration analysis model which is established by the use of the theory of Euler parameters and the second Lagrange equations. The first, in this paper, the automotive equipment vibration analysis model is nine degrees of freedom and three-dimensional structure, which is more consistent with the real objects. The second, the use of computer simulation software MATLAB Calculates the vibration response of the automotive equipment, respectively, under the sinusoidal excitation and the impulse load exerted on the wheels. Finally the data results were compared with the results obtained with the use of small deformation theory of model-car equipment. The nine degrees of freedom model established in this paper can be a better-board equipment to calculate the value of all generalized coordinates, which provides a basis for the design of anti-vibration bracket for the future. The priorities this article:First, the model with nine degrees of freedom, namely differential-algebraic equations of the multi-rigid-body model is established. Second, the calculation of differential-algebraic equations calculations is edited. Third, the models established by two kinds of theory is analysed and compared. Fourth, the nine degrees of freedom model obtained in this paper can be a better on-board equipment for vibration analysis, which provides a basis for the design of anti-vibration bracket for the future.
