This paper expounds the importance of Thermal Vibration for space optical system by means of the method refer to the research of structural dynamic response analysis for a large space optical system, It also has some guiding significance for engineering design. It introduces the background for the research of the optical system and the present apply condition of Thermal Vibration method. The method contains the Thermal-Structure coupled theory and the Structural Thermodynamic analysis theory.In this paper, thermal deformation of the entire optical system and the primary mirror center is obtained in hot environments and horizontal thermal gradient based on the Thermal-Structure coupled theory. Thermal deformation is calculated with three points restrict displacements on the back support of the primary mirror center, and set the direction along the radius of 6 groups bound location. Discipline that different restrict displacement influences thermal displacement is received. The slightest restrict displacement to the surface thermal deformation is obtained. All those can provide consultations for the optical system's thermal control. Determine a thermal response analysis method to simply supported beam structure under the thermal environment by using the ANSYS software based on the Thermal Response Analysis of Structural Dynamics theory, and verify the feasibility of this method. Simply supported beam and optical system has been carried out modal analysis, harmonic response analysis, transient dynamic analysis and random vibration analysis under the thermal environment respectively, factors that different thermal environment influences the structural dynamics response.The structural dynamics response method under the thermal environment haven't been wildly used in the space filed both at home and abroad, research in this area concentrated in the structural vibration characteristics under the thermal environment, study less on the thermal environment impact on the dynamic response because of the technique and the equipment. The paper has been given an attempt and settled basis for its theory research and practical application.
