| As the technology is developing faster and people's living standard is getting higher, People pay more and more attention to the vibration environment. The influence of vibration turns out to be very important. Now, the top priority is to achieve effective isolation and buffer for the vibration and shock. Engineers are much concerned about how to build a reasonable and easy system for their equipments.In view of this situation, this thesis researches the basic principles and key technology, moreover develops a computer aided design software for isolation and buffer vibration system. This software achieves a design for isolation and buffer system of electrical equipments; builds a general three-dimensional model simulation environment; sets up a classification for typical Vibration Isolation systems; and provides a the function of vibration isolator product inquiries.Assistance by this software platform, engineers could define the position of the vibration isolation buffer very quickly and easily. It's also convenient for them to calculate the parameters of stiffness and damping coefficient, do three-dimensional simulation for their design, and browse the detailed information about matched isolation buffers by the enquiry module. With the research of computer aided software for Vibration Isolation buffer, engineers could not only tremendously decrease the design cycle of their system, but also minimize the difficulty and cut the cost of their design. |
