| The tenth route underground of Beijing is a loop along the third ring road. The segment from Huang Zhuang station in the north third ring road to the Jin Song station in the east third ring road will be constructed first. At Huang Zhuang station,the tenth route underground will intersect with the fourth route underground. The Shuang Jing station is located east of Shuang Jing Bridge, which is a crossway of the east third ring road and Guang Qu road. Shuang Jing station, along from south to north, is 181meters span. Both sides of south and north parts are designed as three stratum framework with exposed excavate method while the middle structures are monolayer double arch compound lining with hidden excavate method。The length of the segment being exposed excavate is 118.2 meters and the width is 18.9 meters while the length of the segment being hidden excavate is 61.2 meters and the width is 19.3 meters .there are four passageways and two wind kiosks at the station. The depth of the earth covered up the segment being exposed excavate is about 2.8 meters and the segment being hidden excavate is14 meters.The principal parts for south and north sides of the station surrounded by the drill perfusion pile, 1000 diameter ,which is1.3 to1.5 meters distance from the focus. The inner support system is made up of four steel tubes, 609 diameter and 16 millimeters in thickness. The depth of ground pit excavated is 22.5 meters, which is constructed with exposed excavating method in sequence. Concrete for the main framework is C40S8. the size of the standard component are as follows: 750mm for coping plank, 450mm for middle plank, 900mm for motherboard, 700mm for inner lining wall. the north side of the segment being exposed excavate is also the interzone shield form beginning well, where the middle carling and the frame pole are designed to be constructed subsequently and the temporary brace is used to guarantee the stabilization of the stringboard and the wall.The center drift excavation method and side drift method are coalescent in the construction of the segment being hidden excavate in the middle parts where the breadth up to 20 meters and the deepness up to 9.64 meters. The large pipe-proof protection, which is 108 millimeters in diameter, 32 meters in length and 300 millimeters in ring space between, is designed to burrow face to face. The ductile is 32 millimeters in diameter, 3 meters in length and 10 to15 degree, 300 millimeters in ring space between and 1.5 meters in lengthways space between. The combine of steel frame bar and C25 concrete is used as the primary support, where the thickness of the spurt tier is 350 millimeters and the lengthways space between of the steel frame bar is 0.5 meters. The concrete used for the secondary lining is C30S8, which is designed asymmetry in landscape orientation. All of the thickness of the secondary lining at arch part, side wall and middle wall are 700 millimeters. The thickness at the most thickest part is 1350 millimeters for elevation arch. Liaison passage, set aside in advance, is the straight wall arch, which are 3000 millimeters in breadth and 3500 millimeters in height.Monitoring is carried on for the dominant item in construction. Management with scientific method is necessary condition for guarantee of the safety and schedule; therefore, scientific administrators are established according to the characteristic of this project. An analysis and forecast is made using the data of monitoring the sinkage of the earth's surface and vault to validate the rationality of the construction scheme. |
