Alone with the development of science and technology, many kinds of vehicle instruments are used far and wide. So the higher stability and longer life of it is required in many fields. When these instruments are running, they can be influenced by multidimensional vibration half the time. Multidimensional vibration has become the primary reason which influence vehicle instrument's stability and life. Using absorber to reduce the infection has become a necessary step in the practice of engineering. The characteristic of absorber in being is based on two affects: 1. Using the characteristic of elastic material. 2.Using special mechanism. In the first one, the elastic material is prone to aging and then lose the flexibility. In the last one, the absorber most use single-degree-of-freedom and multilayer structure, so the structure is complicated and restrict the absorber's using.Aim at the disadvantage upwards, this paper propound to use multiple-degree-of-freedom parallel manipulator as the primary mechanism, on the base, adopt spring to reduce vibration of vehicle instruments. This mechanism has preferable effect on shock absorption. This paper synthesize the type of single-degree-of-freedom and multilayer mechanism, analyze the principle for confirming the type of multidimensional absorber's parallel mechanism. On the base, this paper study a kind of parallel mechanism which can realize three-dimensional movement. The research content include that: 1 .Type-analysis and optimized mechanism of the parallel mechanism; 2. Theoretical analysis for parallel mechanism of multiple-degree-of-freedom ;3.Virtual design and analysis of vehicle multiple-degree-of-freedom shock absorb based on ADAMS; 4.To develop a vehicle multiple-degree-of-freedom shock absorb which use 6-bar and 3-spur-track parallel mechanism(RRC) as the principle part, and test the mechanism at the end. The result of the test indicate the design's feasibility.The vehicle multiple-degree-of-freedom shock absorb has low natural frequencies, it can attenuate the energy of vibration and reduce three-dimension vibration effectively. This instrument's structure is simple and it has long life, so it can be used in vehicle instruments' multidimensional shock absorption widely.
