The controlled thermonuclear fusion is promising energy in the future, one promising and key path to realize it is through a magnetically confined device-Tokamak. Langmuir probe diagnostic equipment is the installation of critical components, in order to make it strong magnetic field in the strong radiation environment from destruction, we must probe and its connecting parts of the temperature field and stress field calculation and analysis, and optimize its structure design.This use of finite element software ABAQUS, to the diagnosis of fusion nuclear power plant components within the Langmuir probe as the research object, the application hot-solid coupling of the finite element method, probe the structure of the temperature field and stress field in the numerical simulation, and analysis of the structure of local stress too big reason for that may affect the size of the stress factors were compared. Then compare a variety of design options, through theoretical analysis and numerical calculation to select the most reasonable structure design to ensure that the probe part in the work environment will not be damaged.
