Cruise Ship is one of the new tourist consumption patterns developed and derived from the ocean liners since the 20th century 60s. With rapid economic development of China and people's living standards rising rapidly, people's demands for awareness and cruise tourism and other high-end high-grade business and leisure travel products are increasing, In recent years, the cruise market has been more and more emphasised on domestic and international-travel industry, and we can predict that China cruise tours will grow rapidly.But now, China is still in the major international cruise services to port-based early stage. If a port city can be defined as a cruise ship terminal, the region will be tremendous impact on the cruise industry. If positioned as a cruise terminal, the corresponding port city of the consumption will greatly promote local services, tourism and logistics industry, stimulating the port city and its surrounding area's economic growth. Many coastal cities have recognized the importance of cruise industry in promoting local economic development, and have been actively planning or has entered the building of cruise ports and various ancillary facilities. For China, setting up cruise terminal has already been the demand of coastal ports city and the economic development.For the current construction of our cruise terminal urgent situation, this paper analyzes the current situation of cruise ship and cruise industry of China, and make feasibility analysis. According to cruise terminal necessary for construction of various factors and conditions, eight port cities are selected, including Dalian, Tianjin, Qingdao, Shanghai, Ningbo, Xiamen, Shenzhen and Sanya. This paper uses analytic hierarchy process with considering the factors and conditions and using the cruise terminal location model, then obtained the results, and finally give several suggestions.
