Energy conservation, control harmful emissions, at today of Resources decline, it has become the leading engine technology development direction, both are closely related to the work process of the engine. In this paper, first introduced the gas engine and variable valve timing technology status in order to develop a diesel/gas dual fuel engine out of a diesel engine made by the diesel engine factory, a Medium Pressure Commom Rail electrically controlled hydraulically actuated variable valve system was developed. In this system gas goes straight to the cylinder passing the inlet, preventing nozzle jam which happens in jetting mode. Developed a system with medium-pressure, common-rail, electronically controlled hydraulic variable gas door for the engine of the diesel engine factory, developed the implementation of this system-valve drive mechanism. Analysis of valve lift variation, set time parameters and the replacement rate, the preparation of the electromagnetic valve control procedures. Finally built a system test bench, make a depth study On the system performance test and analysis the system's traffic trends. And carried out a simulation one of the valve. give a Analysis of flow field status of the airway Department. compared to the experiment, Summed up the valve structure parameters and operation parameters on the system dynamic performance of the law. At the end of the system put forward ideas for further improvement and development, looking for high-volume high-speed solenoid valve, the system response speed, size decreases.
