Cementitious composite containing carbon fiber is one kind of smart materials which can monitor itself. Carbon fiber concrete is a kind of multifunctional concrete that uniformly admixes with definite shape, size and volume of carbon fiber. And it simultaneously possesses the character of sensing ability and good mechanical performance. Carbon fiber has capability with high strength, high elasticity module, resistance of eroding, conducting electricity, conducting heat and so on. It is a kind of very ideal building structural material and function material。Add carbon fiber in the concrete, one aspect not only be able to improve the concrete intensity, but also can improve whose impervious function, make that apply to undersea concrete structure especially; The another aspect the carbon fiber can improve the concrete electric conduction function,whose resistant change law is used to detecting the nothing architectural damages. However people lack of investigation of carbon fiber concrete durability,especially the permeability and the conduct of electricity.In allusion to the instance,many research jobs are obtained.This paper mainly study and analyse the permeability and electric conduction of the carbon fiber concrete (CFRC).According to the comparative analysis with the average concrete, we have studied the carbon fiber concrete superiority in the field of the compression strength and the impervious function, and the impact factors of the carbon permeability such as the fiber amounts, the fiber length. and we also have studied the effect of loading on permeability of concrete. In the respect of carbon fiber concrete electric conduction nature, we have studied the impact factor on concrete electric conduction function such as the concrete instar, carbon fiber adulterate amounts, the water ratio and the external water pressure and so. These study on carbon fiber in the hereafter intelligence concrete apply to undersea concrete engineering structure monitor have provided the theory basis.The experimental results show that the pressure strength of the concrete is encreased as the increasing of the carbon fiber. The impermeability of the concrete can be wider improved while the carbon fiber of suit mass percent is doped. And the fact that permeability of concrete after loading was lower than that under loading, indicates that cracks closed partially after loading. The mortar and concrete with carbon fiber have obvious electric conduction, and it can be used in the engineering monitoring.
