Based on Xiaoshan F-Class natural gas CCPP, some aspects were investigated in this paper, as follow:First, main factors influencing the integral performance in combined-cycle were analyzed, and the integral complement principle of combined-cycle was studied, in order that the optimum allocation of combined-cycle was achieved integrally. Besides, the integral allocation of one of F-class natural gas combined-cycle power plants in Zhejiang Province was analyzed.Second, the installation program and allocation of gas turbine was determined, and a variety of unit types from different manufacturers were considered comprehensively. Finally, F-Class gas turbine was selected.Third, some parameters were optimized in thermal equilibration in the prerequisite of the determination of the unit type of gas turbine, such as air exhaust, cold junction, steam system, and related models were established to increase the efficiency of integral combined-cycle.Fourth, reheat steam system in Xiaoshan F-Class natural gas CCPP was optimized in three different pressures based on the models which have been established in this paper. The influence of the change of parameters on bottom cycle efficiency was analyzed, and the optimum steam parameter was acquired.Fifth, the design of overall layout program and system allocation on plant was optimized based on the selected unit type.
