Power plant boiler temperature distribution in the visual realization of the boiler for safe, efficient economic operation has important practical value. However,the processing of combustion in power plant furnace is instantaneous,random and in hard environment,and the scale of furnace is large.At present, there is not an effective monitoring measurement on furnace temperature field has been established, Based on the theory of Infrared Radiation measurement of gas temperature and the ideal temperature field distribution in boiler, Calculates the average temperature on every measurement path, In the grid on the measured plane, the temperature of each node can be obtained by the method of least squares, with the method of 2-D interpolation and engineering software-MATLAB, The reconstruction of the temperature field is realized. The display and the isothermal contour can be produced. Finally, the simulated temperature field is compared with the ideal one, It is proved that the reconstruction algorithm is accurate and feasible by analyzing the error. This research acquires the effective progress in picture reconstruction by Infrared Radiation thermometry.
