The coordination of energy utility and environmental compatibility has become a global significant scientific problem; how to effectively use industrial waste heat and improve energy utilization, have been more and more concerned. The paper based on the energy saving and waste reduction strategy, focusing on the core problem of Total Energy System and the principle of cascade energy utilization, carries out a pollution-free hydrogen-fueled energy system—H2/O2 combined cycle, analysis the cycle performance to act as a reference to the large-scale use of hydrogen power generation in the future; regarding to the circulating water utility in power plant which is paid closely attention to, the paper proposes that recycling this heat by water-source heat pump to heat residential nearby in the winter, the feasibility and techno-economic analysis is then performed, the conclusions will be play a certain part in whether this technology can be applied in the future.
