The vacuum of direct air-cooled condenser is a main economic indicator in air-cooled power plant, and it is influenced by many factors. Among these factors vacuum tightness is one of the most important. The paper established the mathematical model of vacuum tightness experiment for condenser of 200MW air-cooled power plant. The relation between back-pressure and time of experiment is got through this mathematical model. Also the standards of vacuum tightness experiment for power plants that is different in size is discussed in this paper. Besides many air-cooled power plants have to run below rated power in summer. For this situation, the application of spray desuperheating system in air-cooled power is studied in this paper. Also the style of nozzle in the spray desuperheating system is analysed in this paper.
