With the development of the renewable resource, the researches about all kinds of technologies in the renewable field are being paid more attention. Wind power, no pollution energy resource, is paid great attention by more and more countries.First, the control of the grid-side PWM converter in the back-to-back PWM converter has been investigated in the paper. Second,Design the system for wind power in which the most important designs are measurement circuit and protection circuit. Finally, proposes two new multilevel converter topologies on the base of the traditional multilevel converters topology. The composition of the topologies and control method were described.And the simulate results is provided,which proves the feasibility of the topologies.
