This essay mentions a new type of composite materials soil-cement pile. The soil-cement pile is made from grout and soil by completely churning up through either churn dasher or spin and spray equipment. It will come into a highly strong pile after inserted into the enclose hoop material eg.PE pipe, PVC pipe etc. As to the new composite material soil-cement pile, in order to enhance the compressive strength, the vertical load is taken on the cement material, and the horizontal transfiguration is restricted by the enclose hoop material. Pile,the soil between pile and cushion together form the composite foundation. This new composite material soil-cement pile is still in a conceptual phase. Further research will be carried out by these methods below.(1) Theoretically researching the working principles on composite material soil-cement test piece instructs the research for the next experiments.(2) When doing research on composite materials, will get the elastic modulus and the unconfined compressive strength for the original soil, which is the composite material soil-cement test block which is mixed with clay,medium sand and gravel. This provides the basis on the theoretical calculation of the soil-cement pile.(3) By establishing the composite foundation numerical analysis model of the new composite material soil-cement pile using finite difference procedures FLAC3D, study the effect of the thickness of the cushion, cushion elastic modulus, elastic modulus of soil between piles and replacement rate on composite foundation settlement of the pile , pile body axis force and pile-soil stress ratio ,which has instructive significance on future engineering practice.
