Research On Evacuation Management Of Urban Rail Transportation Center Based On Path Assignment

As the enhancement of subway being part of urban transport in the whole world, the safety in subway operation is attracting more and more attention. Becauce of the specificity of subway construction and transportation, it is becoming one of the core issues that how to achieve effective evacuation to ensure the operation safety.This research described characteristics of evacuees'behaviors, and built an evacuation route assignment model combined with traffic flow theory. In this model, it firstly established a network structure of subway station, and then defined path impedance function which determined the frequency of path being chosen. In the next it made use of the UE and SO principles in road traffic assignment to the modle, finally calculated the evacuation time of the whole system on the base of assignment results.In the process of model instantiation, this research assigned paths for passengers in Xidan subway station under different conditions, and proposed optimal flow ratios for each path and each export, and then calculated the evacuation times for the station.Because of the lacking of data on the actual evacuation, the research chose simulation method to examine the practicability of the model proposed. It simulated corresponding passenger status of Xidan subway station using buildingEXODUS evacuation simulation software, and obtained similar results with the model proposed. On the basis of which, it tried to analyze the sensitivity and optimality of modle proposed, and received positive results.In order to improve the evacuational efficiency of subway stations, this research proposed integrated management measure recommendations constituted by consummating evacuation management method, consummating evacuation facilities and consummating evacuation guidance systems. It should be focus on reinforcing the trainings and drills of evacuation and operability of emergency plan in consummating evacuation management method part; It should be focus on adaptating the evacuation needs on exports and stairs layout, and formulating the evacuation routes concise in consummating evacuation facilities part; It should be focus on strengthening the using of real-time information guidance systems on the base of broadcasting system using currently in consummating evacuation guidance systems part.
