Based on application of reliability theory and implementation probability limit design method, establishing corresponding design criterion is a tendency in national and international engineering design, and is an effective means in improving the level in national engineering design. Main uncertainty varies are quantified; empirical method is substituted by statistical mathematics; explicit design concept is substituted by implicit design, that is the essence of reliability design, therefore, engineering design becomes more scientific and rational.In the second chapter, we use the heat supply tunnel design of Beijing as the research background. We choose the "load-structure" mechanical model as the calculation model.Chapterâ…¢on the response surface method and MATLAB optimization toolbox calculate the lining of the load effect and the tunnel secondary lining of the structural reliability is the focus of this article. It is provided a solid basis for the fourth chapter to the calculation of partial coefficient of load-carrying ability limit design equation.By the calculation in the chapterâ…£, we have get the partial coefficient of load-carrying ability limit design equation and optimize the load-carrying ability limit design equation. It is our thermal design of the transition tunnel to provide a theoretical basis and reference data.The paper combines the response surface method and the MATLAB optimization toolbox, respectively, the response surface method will be introduced in the structural design of the analysis of the effect of load links, and the MATLAB optimization toolbox is applied to the structural reliability of links, it realized the advantages of the combination of the two methods. and to optimize load-carrying ability limit design equation of heat supply tunnel, and create a better economic efficiency.
