With the development of national economy and the acceleration of urbanization, urban traffic contradiction turns sharper and sharper, and conditions the development of economy. As its technique predominance such as great capacity, rapid speed, good security and punctual, urban rail transit settles the more and more contradiction of traffic supply and require in the big city, and becomes the main current of city traffic development.The operation organization is the important component of urban rail transit system. It relates the design of line and station, the reasonable disposition of each kind of equipment, as well as the reasonable use of facility capacity. However, the operation organization design of urban rail transit contains many factors, and the relationships among the factors are complex. Designing one feasible plan by man needs a long time, and it is very difficult to realize the whole superior plan. Therefore, this article proposes that constructs the computer-aided design system of operation organization of urban rail transit by unifying the operation organization theory research and the computer technology to achieve the information and intellectualization of operation organization design work.Based on the theory and practice of operating, several issues of operation organization computer-aided design system as following have been researched by using system theory:1 analyzes the factors of operation organization to provide the foundation for system design.2 based on the business process of operation organization design, analyzes the function demand and performance demand in detail.3 according to the demand analysis, designs the functional modules and database of system amply.4 discuss the key technologies of system. This paper designs the train formation scheme comparison subsystem and train routing scheme comparison subsystem based on the theory method of decision support system; it establishes the full day driving plan establishment optimization models based on the optimum matching of transportation capacity and volume in every period under the different routing forms, and analyzes the solution method of models, finally proposes the design idea of full day driving plan eatablishment subsystem.The research and conclusions of this article have certain practical significance and fundamental research value for operation organization design of urban rail transit by computer.
