To meet the development of high-speed railway in China, Railway engineers have formulated the specifications of Chinese Train Control System (CTCS). Currently, CTCS-2 and CTCS-3 have been successfully applied in China. In order to adapt to future high-speed and high-density operation, the best way out is to achieve Moving Block Train Control System based on communication. Detected the location, speed and so on of a train which is in front of the services train in real-time is the future of development of Train Control System Model. The method will achieve the Minimum tracking interval.There is an idea to take ADS (autonomous decentralized system) to solve this problem.ADS system hasn't "master-slave" structure, All atomic nodes are considered equal entities. Each atom node carries out data semantic communication by content code. Various commands can be transformed into information smoothly in system.Train control system on-board computer is designed as atomic node, it can add or quit a dynamic data fields which composed by wireless network by itself. During normal operation, it can send the vehicle position, velocity, acceleration and other information to the data domain periodically and autonomous decentralized Follow-up train can to accept and process these messages autonomous according to predetermined rules. So, the RBC function of CTCS3 system can be transferred to the Car Calculation and realized the " Decentralized control". Station and dispatch center system can also be considered as a kind of atomic node with supervision and intervention capabilities. They usually state non-interference in train traffic, while needing to contact the train to deliver all kinds of scheduling orders, it only provides a high level of content code, the train will be forced to receive and process the order. However, in most cases, station, and dispatch center only generate visual document to carry train supervision under the train location and speed information to Achieve "Information Focus."The inherent advantages of ADS system and the future development trends of Train Control System --- It is easy to implement "Decentralized Control and Information Integration".
