In the process of construction of prestressed concrete (PC) continuous rigid frame bridge with high piers and long span, the structure will be affected by lots of certain and uncertain factors which continuously lead to change of bridge internal force and deformation. Furthermore, the regulating range of structural forces is very small when construction completed. Therefore the construction control must be carried out in the construction process of bridge, to ensure the geometric shape and the internal force according with the design requirements and to ensure the closure of the whole bridge successful. The main work is as follows in this thesis:First of all, the author briefly expounded the function and significance of construction control, and summarized the development history about the PC continuous rigid frame bridge at home and abroad and the development trend of the application research of construction control. The author also introduced the basic theory of construction control, and expounded its purpose, contents, method, main influence factors which influenced precision, error analysis, identification and correction of parameters, and so on.Then the practical application research of construction control was based on the construction of the Furong River Bridge, whose main bridge is a PC continuous rigid frame bridge with spans of 132+230+132m and its highest pier is 106.5 meters high. According to the actual bridge structure, the author established a simulation model to analyze and simulate the process of the bridge construction. The author emphatically introduced the theory and method of construction control of the geometric shape and the stress of the continuous rigid frame bridge, and analysised the error analysis of the actual deflection of the beam, the error analysis of the actual stress of concrete, the reasonable elevation of formwork erection and the identification and correction of the related parameters.At last, based on the comparative analysis of the theoretical value and the measured data of the geometric shape and the stress of the structure in the process of construction control, the author researched the deflection of the girder and the changing course of the stress of some crucial sections. Some useful conclusions can be referenced by similar structures' construction control in the future.
