This paper takes the green matrix of the median in the highway from Langfang to Zhuozhou as the study subject, the author used the 4 kinds of revegetation substrate materials which were organic and inorganic fertilizer straw,liquid membrane and retaining agent in different dosage and proportion to do orthogonal experiment of pot experiment and field experiment,and studying the physicochemical properties,infiltration resistance,wate loss of evaporation,the level of shrinkage and soil loss of nine formulas,to discussed the for germination,growth,biomass and water use efficiency of Festuca arundinacea and Amorpha fruticosa L. Screening by synthetic grade method,membership function and synthetic equilibrium method, it was shown that the optimal formula were A2B3C3D2 and A2B3C1D2 in the group of Festuca arundinacea and Medicago, namely for Festuca arundinacea which the dosage of organic and inorganic fertilizers was 0.69‰, the dosage of straw was 1.01%, the dosage of liquid membrane was0.16‰and the retaining agent was0.81‰was the best, for Amorpha fruticosa L. which the dosage of organic and inorganic fertilizers was 0.69‰, the dosage of straw was 1.01%, the dosage of liquid membrane was 0.085‰, and the retaining agent was 0.81‰was the best. Finally, pot test results are proved by the effect of plant growth and recovery in the field test.It provides a theoretical and technical basis for the highway median this special habitat restoration zone.
