The Study Of New Chinese Style Principle In Architectural Designs

Integration of world economy has changed the development of world economy. Internationalism in architectural design make the world look the same everywhere. Residents are shocked by those theories during city expansion and redevelopment; cities gradually have lost their own identities, and lost their original culture.China, as it has been recognized as one of the world top economy leader and world urbanization center, experiences a more violent culture of denial and self-subversion in architectural design industries. More and more controversial new, and strange buildings are established around China. Therefore, it is important to study the proposition of actively pursuing the progress of world civilization, but also continuity of the traditional architecture heritage, architectural design of contemporary China is an important proposition.Realism is an artical concept. Broadly, it means that the loyalty of literature to natural location, like the ancient Greeks' points "art is a direct repetition or imitation of nature,". The modern Realism starts from 1830s, it is the dominant literary schools of art-thought in Europe, refers to literary and artistic creation principles and methods.-objectively, concretely and historically describe and create identical centralized creative methodologies and world view.Based on the systemic analysis of historical building system, it is clear that traditional architecture system contains two axes:one axis is geographical system, it is the pulse axis, focuses on climatic, terrain, resources, techniques, and etc.; another is cultural system, focuses on community, organizational structure and way of life, society, economy and religion and customs for factor axis. A reasonable construction system should be matching the corresponding conditions when the geographic system axis intersects with cultural system axis.This method is very similar to the realism aesthetic. The way of finding the intersection of geographical axis and cultural axis in design is called construction realism, After systematic analysis, it is clear that most of the contemporary Chinese architecture does not meet this realistic approach. Therefore, the author will use this realistic approach to explore the intersection of two axes of China's contemporary architecture based on characteristics of contemporary China geographic system axis and cultural system axis, and to seek a possible position in China's building development and possible methods in architecture design,, which it is called the new Chinese style principle.In this research, concrete examples are used to illustrate the methods and requirements in new Chinese style principle. Including using of modern materials and technology to pursuit "spirit likeness" in architectural forms, rather than a specific symbol of transplantation; based on respect of the modern living customs, to make design; building function and aesthetics unity; a functional rationality and economy; low-carbon design and so on.
