Color Planning Research Based On Regionality Of Chang'an District, Xi'an

As a achievement of urban civilization and the carrier without diversity of the regional environment. Different geographical environment in the city which for human survival and development of the physical environment, also reflects colorful, distinctive appearance of the city. Urban landscape image is a reflection of the cultural tradition, in addition to the local and national characteristics. Color is one of the important ways to show the humanities connotation and city characteristics, which can help people to read the whole city image completely and own the strong expression.Contemporary China is on the global integration of stage, however, relative to the advantaged foreign cities, China's research on color planning study is still in the initial stage. The subject of urban color planning in China is still a new field. How to find colors only belongs to one city and find out the reasons for the formation of urban colors, and how to express them effectively from the angles of visual aesthetic and regional cultural, is an important subject in front of us.Based on the research background of Chang'an district, Xi'an, with its regional color expression for research object, according to the color, the color of geography and the colorimetric theories, the paper made the deep survey of city's color landscape and the local color culture, to comb city's integral color context. Then, from the angel of city, the paper tries to reflect the characteristics of regional planning and design expression on color, construct the frame of local feature of urban color landscape. Paper attempts to find out some ways which can help to transfer the regional color from the culture way to the urban construction ways. Based on which the color planning of a city should to embody the guiding ideology and principles, and the planning control method on the basis of Chang'an district can reflect regional characteristic color landscape planning and analysis on concrete.Hope that through this topic research, the paper could provide an effective way to do urban design which based on the urban color landscape study. From the two points of visual esthetics and regional culture, the paper shows the color landscape which can express the characteristics of local cities adequately, which promotes regional humanities environment construction and keeps urban color landscape.The paper will do more to continue the study on urban color landscape which contains more survey and more practices.
