| When study on the mechanical properties of concrete of corrosion stirrup, first should be determined the impact of confined concrete stress-strain relations, because the concrete stress-strain relationship is the basic mechanical properties of concrete materials and is the foundation of strength and deformation theory of reinforced concrete structures. Therefore, the study on the confined concrete stress-strain relationship of corrosion stirrup has important significance for the evaluation of existing reinforced concrete structure durability and the life prediction to provide a more detailed theory.Aiming at the only stirrup uniform corrosion problem of reinforced concrete member, the theoretical formula is deduced for the effective constraint of the core concrete of the spiral reinforcement corrosion and rust rectangular stirrups by the characteristics of the stirrup constraint. In addition, under the primise of without considering the spalling of concrete protective layer, the theoretical model of rusty stirrup concrete stress-strain Curves is established based of Guo Zhenhai restraint concrete stress-strain curve model. The cracking of concrete protective layer rust damage cover due to stirrups uniforme corrosion is simulated by using ANSYS finite element software, and give the relationship between the corroded and cracked. On the basis of the finite element analysis, the stirrup corrosion cracking caused by rust protective damage on the confined concrete stress-strain curves is discussed, and a theoretical model is established. The effects of combination factors after the stirrups corrosion is analyzed, and the stress-strain curve model under the combination of factors in the confined concrete is established. |
