| With the self-compacting concrete's increasingly wide range of practical engineering applications .On the basis of preliminary mix proportion of self-compacting concrete, the influences of composites of superplasticizer admixture of aliphatics and polycarboxylates to the workability and the compressive strength of concrete are researched by experiment. The results show that, when the amount of mix content is appropriate, the workability of concrete mix meets the requirement of self-compacting, when the amount of mix content change in a certain range ,the concrete exist the peak values of compressive strength of 7d and 28d. Based upon above research, adjustment of the dosage of fly ash makes the 28d compressive strength of the concrete to meet the requirements of strength grade. The economic analysis of self-compacting concrete which has been optimized is made.Fluidized bed combustion technology which has developed recent years, is a highly efficient, low pollution and clean coal combustion technology. But people lack the knowledge of fluidized bed combustion ashes that is the by-product of fluidized bed combustion, they treate fluidized bed combustion ashes by accumulation that cause the waste of resources and the environment pollution. In this paper, it studied the affection on the workability, cube compressive strength, alkalinity of the pore liquid and the carbonation depth of self-compacting concrete mix before used fly ash, fluidized bed combustion ashes, and slag ash equivalent replace cement consumption that in self-compacting concrete. Conclusions are drawn as follows:(1) Fluidized bed combustion ashes has higher water requirement, significantly improves stability of Self-compacting concrete mix. Equivalent replacement of cement with fluidized bed combustion ashes makes that workability of mixing material meets need of Self-compaction by increasing amount of high efficient water reducing agent properly.(2) Fluidized bed combustion ashes's activity between slag powder and fly ash, as a kind of mixing material of self-compacting concrete strength at various age time also between blastfurnace-slag self-compacting concrete and self-compacting concrete mixed with fly ash, therefore, Fluidized bed combustion ashes reduce early strength of self-compacting concrete, and help to improve the late strength.(3) Fluidized bed combustion ashes as a new self-compacting concrete admixture, that be used to prepare self-compacting concrete, its alkalinity of the pore liquid between self-compacting concrete without admixture and with in slag powder (fly ash)'s, because of that, fluidized bed combustion ashes is a new kind of concrete admixture, when it is used in self-compacting concrete, its alkalinity of the pore liquid can meet requirements of protect bars.(4) The carbonation depth of fluidized bed combustion ashes self-compacting concrete in different age, between the carbonation depth of slag powder self-compacting concrete and fly ash self-compacting concrete.The 28d carbonation depth of test standards can meet requirements of anti-carbonation.Thus, fluidized bed combustion ashes as new type of admixture,it can improve the self-compacting concrete's mix workability,and its alkalinity of the pore liquid and anti-carbonation can meet requirements of protect bars, while it good for increase late concrete strength of self-compacting concrete. |
