The highway construction in our country has moved toward the recent development period since the 90s, the construction speed of high-grade road significantly speed up and extent to the hills or mountains continuously, crossing different geological features, as the terrain conditions and routes controlled by the technical indicators, the protection and reinforcement of the Slope still use slope engineering technology in the previous or simply treat by drawing experience on the railway, water, electricity, or mining sectors, the lack of adequate attention and comprehensive consideration to the slope treatment projects, at the same time,due to changes in geological conditions and shortcomings in original design, many slopes which have been excavated or strengthened according to design measures collapses or landslides, some lots are forced to stop construction, which affected the duration and quality seriously. Thus, how to analyze the stability of rock slope, and the feasibility of high-cut taken after manual excavation support design plans become a problem to be solved in mountain highway engineering.In this paper, based on the high quality classic rock cut slope section of Chuanzang-Tibet highway S306 line, using analyze finite element numerical simulation as the technical method, analyze the new supporting way--pre-reinforced half-tunnel structure used in Chuanzang-Tibet line. The main research work is as follows:(1) First, analyze the topography, geomorphology, rock of high slope typical cross-section on the S306,posit their basic physical and mechanical parameters of rocks, to provide reliable data for the numerical simulation.(2) Establish the numerical model to the selected typical high slope section, analyze the stability of the selected cut slope using the finite element strength reduction method, obtain its safety factor, and posit the potential sliding surface.(3) Simulate high cut slope using new semi-structural model, analysis its stability. Judge the failure mode according to the results, and study the failure mechanism, in order to provide a basis for taking appropriate supporting measures.(4) Simulate the semi-tunnel type, double diagonal, single-row staggered as well as single-row staggered four kinds of pre-stressed anchor supporting approach using the ANSYS finite element method according to the simulate results, and analyze the supporting effect and generation mechanism.(5) Provide some curative measures to the environmental issues on the excavated slope.
