Xi'an subway tunnel was constructed on the ground cracks strata. On the condition of ground fissure vertical acting, the additional stress and deformation of the tunnel lining structure would be increased and the tunnel lining structure would faced some problems, such as cracking, deformation crack anti-seepage. Therefore, it was important practical significance that maintained the safe operation of the subway tunnel.First of all, a lining structure deformation crack anti-seepage model tester was developed in this paper for impervious to cracks in the tunnel of the deformation crack technical problems. The instrument is capable of simulating ground fissures caused by the dislocation of lining fabric of the vertical and horizontal tensile displacement, easy to install and impermeable lining structure model building facilities. Then, based on the Analysis of Ground Fissure in the tunnel "qie" type water stop and the inflatable bag impervious properties of rubber, applied asphalt concrete, asphalt mastic, waterproof board, rubber water-stop and other materials, raised the tunnel deformation seam reinforced mastic asphalt impermeable electrode hot-melt technology, the tunnel collapse deformation joint rubber water-stop seepage technology, application of plus SBS asphalt mastic reinforced flexible impermeable sheet portfolio of technology and impervious asphalt and asphalt concrete lining of Horseshoe fat combination of seepage control technology. Model test studies have shown that reinforced mastic asphalt impermeable electrode hot-melt technology to adapt to dynamic displacement big mistake lining structure.
