Study Of Residential Parking In Guangzhou

Currently, automobiles are becoming more and more common of the national in families, and the increasing trend of automobiles of Guangzhou is becoming more and more rapid. However, we are brought by motor vehicles into the enjoyment of fastness and convenient, our own troubles are emerging from that problem of traffic and environment and so on. The residential districts is used a carrier, it is not adapted to the growth trend, and random parking has brought inconvenient to, and also the life quality of the local dwellers has influenced. How to solve this problem and build the harmony dwelling environment for man and car has been an urgent duty to us.The park issue in the residential district of Guangzhou was researched as an object in this paper. On the foundations of mass material and investigations data were analyzed, combining the research of the domestic and international relevant field. The park issue and forming reason of the residential district are explored from social, economy, humanistic and environment and so on. Meanwhile, the solving countermeasures of the park issue in the residential district is proposed from management mechanism, policies and regulations, and related technology etc.
