With the continuous development of transportation, traffic of automobile increased heavily. Automobile crashs caused more and more Bridge collapse. Statistics show that the most recent decades, the world's automobile crash happened bridge pier destroyed a major accident on more than 100. Such incidents are often caused a bridge structure, the life,safety and anti-seismic capacity loss. Result in a serious crash and death of people such as the bridge to disastrous consequences.Therefore, to carry out crash and bridges automobile research facilities, improve the crash worthiness bridges are of great significance.In this paper, the crash automobile pier facilities and research at home and abroad have been elaborated, described the crash automobile research methods commonly used in research that the computer simulation technology in the study of automobile hit the bridge has become an increasingly widespread application; through access to literature at home and abroad, according to Japanese scholars Satoshi Iwai.pier facilities proposed by the classification method, the crash of the pier facilities on a comprehensive and commonly used in several of China's anti-crash protection system comparison, the semi-rigid guardrail anti-crash devices are better; in accordance with Satoshi Iwai.pier facilities proposed by the classification method, the current bridge has been the use of facilities,as well as a review of the application of occasions; Research on methods of ship-bridge crash based on the analysis, combined with existing facilities, ship-bridge crash crash, crash facility using nonlinear finite element method the conclusions of the bridge crash protection structure optimization and improvement program.Has summarized the barriers to further development of the researches, and for the development of commonly used barrier methods, introduced the car and the guardrail impact analysis of the dynamic explicit finite element method, basic principles and the algorithms related to finite element to solve the control equation, unit method, materials, models and stress correction, time integration and access to such crash interface for the back of the car and the fence provides a theoretical basis for the crash.
