| Currently, Cable-stayed bridge which have made a significant contribution to the development of the socio-economic, is one of the most popular styles in China. Because of the high correlation between design and construction, the scientific and elaborated construction control system is being used to monitor in the whole process of the construction in order to the reasonable finial bridge state. With the increases of the span length and the complexity of the structural style, the research on the construction control technology of such structure is becoming more and more important.Took the Feilong Bridge as the project background, this paper researched and discussed the whole construction control process of the hybrid girder cable-stayed bridge with a single column inclined pylon systemically, and was divided into the following aspects:(1) The paper introduced the developing history of the cable-stayed at home and abroad, discussed the superiority to suspension bridge in the field of large span, and pointed the current development of the construction control technology and prospected the trend of the development of the cable-stayed bridge in the future.(2) Based on the introduction of the principles and methods of control technology, the paper emphasized the reasonable finial state and the simulation method to confirm the construction control system.(3) The finite element software, Midas/Civil, was used to establish the bridge simulation model, which was closely related to the structural characteristics and construction scheme. The model was calculated to get the results of the internal forces, deflections, variation in cable tension, which provided the theoretical basis for the construction control.(4) The paper analyzed the arrangement of measuring points and testing method relating to the key project and index, researched the cable force, the stress and strain on the key concrete cross-section and alignment, and finally, arranged the measured data. The paper focused on the analysis of the error reason, which was involved to propose the further advanced measurement and method. By comparing the theoretical results and measured data, it was verified that such construction control method is feasible. |
