In recent years, the ship cabin noise has attracted increasing attention, cabin noise will not only affect the operation of instruments and equipment, but also affect the comfort of passengers and crew, and endanger their health. If apply the noise control measures after completed of ship general design, in most cases can only partially solve the problem, and also directly increased shipbuilding costs. If predicting Shipboard cabin noise in the early stages of ship design, proposed measures to improve the acoustic design, it is very important to shorten the shipbuilding cycle and reduce costs. Therefore, it is very significant to analyze noise and vibration problem of ship structures in the ship design stage.VA One is the full-Spectrum vibration and noise analysis software that concentrate finite element analysis, boundary element analysis, statistical energy analysis and hybrid FE-SEA analysis in the same simulated environment. This paper introduces the basic theory and applications range of the finite element method (FEM), statistical energy analysis (SEA) and the hybrid FE-SEA method, and apply VA One software to solve for the low frequency, high frequency and middle frequency noise problem of ship cabin, achieves full spectrum analysis of high-speed vessel noise problems, and compare with measured value of the same ship type, the simulation is reasonable and feasible. The simulation predicts the cabin noise level, distribution and main component of the noise spectrum of frequencies.Briefly introduce general method of ship noise control problems, On the basis of VA One software, optimization study the composite material that consist of different layers, thickness and density of Sound-absorbing material, and received three relatively light weight, better sound absorption properties of composite absorbing material. under the energy contribution of the different subsystem, mixed apply the three composite sound absorption materials on the High Speed Craft, to obtain a good absorption effect.This paper has some significance and reference value on the application of hybrid FE-SEA method and VA One software on acoustic research, how to build the simulation model of ship structure, and how effectively reduce vibration and noise reduction of ship cabin on the high-speed ship design stage.
