This paper mainly discusses the design and implementation of turbine simulation maintenance system. This paper depends on the Wuhan key scientific and technological project, Design and Evaluate the Virtual Maintainability of Turbo Generator Set, using the virtual reality technology to simulate maintenance operation of steam turbine. Provide a non-immersive software platform of virtual maintenance simulation training for the user and maintenance personnel of turbine. This article mainly includes the following aspects:Using level information representation of the virtual prototype of maintenance, realizing the structure of geometrical layer data, display layer date and characteristic constraints layer data, and structured the virtual maintenance resources; Generated a variety of types of maintenance personnel operate model. Based on the modeling method of the Petri nets disassembly sequence, combined with maintenance resource, maintenance time constraint factors on the maintenance of simulation in virtual maintenance process model, achieve their goals of optimization demolition of selected process combining malfunction knowledge.Studied the DOF analysis of the maintenance object and reasoned and solved geometric constraints. Proposed method of interactive behavior between virtual man and maintenance object by using maintenance tools or don't. Established the training system on maintenance equipment through virtual character to control objects.Created the method of interactive action and the release of results by using conduct interactive module BB of virtual reality authoring software Virtools. Achieved the simulation maintenance training system of steam turbine on Virtools, reflects the system's real-time and interactive. Completed the establishment of good realistic and immersive turbine simulation training system.Through researching and developing, put VR and VM technology into turbine maintenance area, it'll have steering effects to the maintenance of steam turbine, at the same time, support a practical reference program for turbine maintainability assessment and life assessment.
