| With the energy problem is more serious and the environment is getting worse, the development and utilization of new energy sources such solar energy are more and more important. How to improve the utilization of solar power station and how to reduce the costs are the two major problems. This paper is to give a method against the problem of energy waste in the solar energy field.A sun tracing sensor with high track precision, wide track range and can work stably has been designed especially. Also the experiment to check this sensor's capability has been made. The corresponding MCU system has been designed, including the external hardware circuit and the software part. After completion of software programming and debugging work, the sensor and the controller are applied to the institution to do a series experiments. This method use a closed-loop control mode, the sun's position is always been detected, so that lower accuracy initial installation can work well. The other hand, the calculation is simple, ordinary MCU can complete the whole job, so that the control cost can be reduced. Analysis and experimental results show that the control method with a right solar tracking sensor and microcontroller can increase the solar energy utilization efficiently and reduce the cost so that it is useful to solve energy problems. |
