In this paper, considering the influence of uncertainties for distribution network planning, according to spatial load forecast and urban distribution network planning decision-making, these two problems are analysed and studied. Uncertainty affecting the planning of a distribution network can not be ignored. In this paper, interval analysis method for these uncertainties is analyzed. For spatial load forecasting, we have established the interval model of spatial load forecasting model to solve multi-partition, and given the comprehensive adjustment interval method of spatial load forecasting method, which is based on the model. The method has solved the comprehensive adjustment of spatial load forecasting under the influence of uncertain factors of the practical planning. We improve the method of interval-based AHP using linear programming(LP) and goal Programming(GP), so that interval-based AHP has higher accuracy and adaptability. The method will be applied to the actual distribution network planning and comprehensive evaluation in decision-making. The simulation result shows that the method has a certain degree of scientific and rationality. This paper's finding is expected to provide a theoretical basis for the planning of a distribution network under the influence of uncertainty.
