Research And Realization Of Information Collection Digitalization In Digital Substation

With the coming of digital information ages, the digital substation has become a hot research in power system. The information collection is the core link in digital substation. The traditional current collection has many problems such as the difficult of high voltage insulation, the small of measuring range and so on. So it will be replaced by the new Optical Current Transformer. The method based on Rogowski coil to collect current information in substation is studied from two aspects of hardware and software. The aspect of the hardware mainly designed hard circuit of the acquisition system of high voltage side and the fiber transmission system and it has completed the built and tested of the hardware circuit. The aspect of the software mainly designed the flow chart of control the A/D sample and the flow chart of network interface in low voltage, achieved the A/D sample by programming. By the testing of some hardware circuit, it can be obtained the linear and the measurement error of the Rogowski coil, which lays the foundation for the current collection of the high voltage in digital substation.
