Modern power area trend to locate in small area or hillside area. Therefore the four-electrode method is difficult to apply this complex environment to test and set up the resistivity model. Aim at the situation, basis of the constant electric field theory, this article set up the method of disposing the position of current and voltage pole discretionarily in the same plane for measuring soil apparent resistivity and inversion the optimization resistivity model of soil hierarchical structure. Then, in the case of disposing the electrode position equidistant, collinear and coplanar, this thesis analysis of a number of practical soil structure, and contrast optimization results with the Genetic Algorithm andl the actual soil mode, demonstrating the superiority, validity and practicability fully of the method of this thesis. At length, this thesisi study the situation of grounding system. Besides, this thesis also detail the impact of the relative position of the test electrode and ground system on the result of measurement. The results can provide some guides for the engineering design and construction of ground system.
