Boiler combustion is an extremely complex process. There are many influence factors in normal combustion stability and normal heat of the combustion. In this paper, the key factors to the normal heat of combustion are analyzed. Abnormal judged model of combustion heat is built by the D-S evidence theory which is used to solve the problem of uncertainty. Thermal site measuring point are combined, and load, the main steam flow, total air volume, current pulverized, air pre-inlet flue gas temperature, superheated by warm water flow rate are selected to be the evidence body of D-S evidence theory. Basic assignment probabilities of all the evidences are given based on the typical way to obtain samples. Models are measured through on operation data. Test results show that this model can be more accurate to make judgments about whether the combustion heat is abnormal or not.
