In recent years, with the numerical solution of computational fluid dynamics technology and the rapid development of computer hardware and software technologies, making rotating turbine machinery to solve the complex three-dimensional viscous flow is possible. This kind of computation hydrodynamics-CFD technology enables us in the hydraulic turbine water power design's application accurate to obtain the hydraulic turbine interior flow field distribution and the overflow part interior mobile information, to estimate accurately hydraulic turbine's water power performance has created the condition.thus turbine runner and the geometric dimensions of flow parts repair, enhances hydraulic turbine's water power performance comprehensively.The subject section of low head hydropower resources for the development and utilization, using singularity distribution method designed a new high specific speed axial flow Kaplan turbine model program, using CFD technology to simulate the turbulent flow within the field, analyze the conditions turbine under full flow channel flow, flow field, using the flow passage components of flow field performance prediction results on the design of the turbine runner and geometry of flow passage components for modification, to improve, eventually developed a relatively good performance The axial flow Kaplan turbine model side.Using Pro/E software Axial three-dimensional geometric modeling runner; When the model carries on the grid division, the analysis of the grid type and grid computing scale on turbine efficiency; on the design of the turbine guide apparatus Hydraulic Model,runner, draft tube and other parts of the parameters of over-current adjustment of several improvements to enhance the efficiency of the turbine hydraulic machine;in different conditions on the turbine model under a full three-dimensional steady flow numerical turbulence calculation, analysis of the whole flow of the stream turbine.
