With the large-scale capacity of wind turbine, the pitch-controlled wind power generation technology has drawn more and more attentions because of its high efficency and practicability. This topic from scientific and technological project of Lanzhou:"The detection and monitoring of feedback control equipment about large-scale wind turbine(Item Number:2008-1-16)".The theme of this paper is study on pitch-controlled system and actuator of wind turbine, and its content are as follows:The Principle of pitch-controlled regulation is described based on the aerodynamic pinciples of wind turbine. The pitch-controlled strategy is established. Submodule of each modle is putted up on Matlab7.1 software through establishing mathematical model of the pitch-controlled actuator, which lay the foundation of latter pitch-controlled system research.The paper puts forward PID and fuzzy compound control method, namely self-tuning control of PID and fuzzy parameters. Designing controller has achieved better resultes by mathematical models of the pitch-controlled actuator are introduced into the Designing controller. The results show that the designing controller can effectively inhibit overshoot and fluctuation of output power and rotational speed on initial stage of generator, can reach steady state more fast, moreover can achieve better control requirments.According to the load calculation of blade, the optimal dimensions values of pitch-controlled actuator are obtained by using the direct search toolbox of Matlab7.1 software. The optimal dimensions values make that the pitch-controlled actuator needs mininum thrust of hydraulic cylinder when the blades require maximum rotational torque. On this basis, the three-dimensional entity models of pitch-controlled actuator are built up by using Pro/Engineer software.Secondly, this paper has done assembly, static and dynamic interference detection,motion simulation,etc.This design can meet the design requirements of synchronization,same speed,uniform motion, pitch-controlled 0-90°angle range via analysis and verification.Finally, the three-dimensional entity models of pitch-controlled actuator are done static strength analysis by using ANSYS software.The analysis results display that key parts of actuator can meet strength requirment.
