With the rapid development of national traffic and increasing number of highway tunnels construction.The safety of constructions become an important part of the tunnel construction process.Geological advanced prediction, monitoring and measuring, securing management warning as important methods of safety insuring, design optimizing, construction instructing are important to reduce the risk of tunnel construction. Based on the relevant literature and combined with JinYinXian tunnel construction project, the geological advanced prediction, monitoring measurement and safety risk assessment using in tunnel construction and the information feedback are systematically studied in this paper. Main contents and conclusions are as follow:1. The rock stability influence factors before tunnel constructions and the advantages and disadvantages of the existing geological predicting have been analyzed, and then the appropriate method of forecasting are selected.2. The rock stability influence factor after tunnel constructions have been analyzed, the methods of monitoring measurement and the feedback of information are discussed.3. With systemic engineering theory the security risk factors of tunnel construction have been identified, then using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation an early warning model has been built, on which the safety of tunnel construction are evaluated.4. Combined with JinYinXian tunnel construction project, TGP206 geological prediction, monitoring and measurement techniques and tunnel construction security early warning have been applied in practical engineering, while the stability of surrounding rock and the security situation information of the construction effectively have been analyzed.
