Pile with large diameter has the character of more bearing capacity and less deformation, which improves the bearing capacity of the foundation in super high rise building and long-span building, it is also the first choice to deep foundation pattern in construction. In this paper, study on interaction between side resistance and tip resistance of the pile with large diameter in vertical load is performed, in numerical analysis method. It is significant to the research on improving the bearing capacity of pile with large diameter.It is summarized the research history of interaction between pile side resistance and tip resistance in this paper. It is analyzed generating mechanism, influence factor and calculation method of the pile side resistance and tip resistance in this paper, significance on this research is also brought forward.Because of the difference on load transition mechanism between large diameter cast-in-place pile and normal diameter pile, computation theory on normal diameter pile is not fit to the large diameter pile. Based on the current research situation at home and abroad, the study on former test result and test data, it is researched the deformation mechanism of large diameter pile in vertical load with numerical analysis method in this paper, performance and load transition mechanism of the single pile are also analyzed, it is discussed the vertical load transition character of the single pile in different working conditon, and the influence factor of pile side resistance and tip resistance, as well as the interaction between them.Interaction between side resistance and tip resistance of the pile with large diameter in vertical load is analyzed by numerical analysis software FLAC3D. The study found that different conditions of the pile shaft resistance and the pile tip resistance in a small case load, basically the same trends, and the shorter the pile pile shaft resistance play sooner, the pile into the bearing stratum the greater the depth of the pile side friction resistance play an increasingly early, pile side friction to achieve the maximum pile location nearer pile. In the pile of soil is the same, pile bearing stratum strength of Vietnam, the greater the pile shaft resistance. In the simulated conditions, the impact of pile shaft resistance biggest factor is the nature of the soil around the pile.
