The application of new energy is consensused the direction of development in recent years, the advantages of it is unparalleled compared to the traditional energy. Wind energy, one of the new energy, is used earlier than the rest and is widely applied, efficient energy. The function of the wind power system is be used for changing the wind power into electrical power that can be supplied the electrical power for user. Wind power system is divided into three parts: wind turbine, power transmitter device, the control unit.The fixed pitch wind generator is adopted in this paper. The problem is found, according to the different wind speed, through comparing the curves about the power regulation of the wind generator in some situations: the speed less-regulated, the speed excess-regulated and the best speed regulated, and is that the speed of the wind generator is limited by fan rated speed, haven't reached the rated speed while premature exits the power tracking control stage and enters the speed constant power control stage. Based on the research results this paper is key discussed the control strategy of the speed governor, according to the control target of tracking and capturing the maximum wind power and by the the method of regulating the current of the braking loop.The battery is commonly used for Energy storage devices now, the more suitable for two-stage battery charging method is given by comparing the various charging methods in order to extend battery life. The adjustment algorithm of the battery charging PWM modulation pulse modulation pulse and the braking current pulse PWM modulation in the duty cycle of each modulation cycle is given in detail. In addition, the program-controlled design of the wind speed permanent magnet synchronous generators and the coordinated control of lead-acid battery energy storage are conducted. The capability of this method in this paper has been proved by experiments, which can effectively track the largest wind energy conversion power and achieve the purpose of the efficient conversion of wind energy and the effective storage of energy.Work in the state of discharge voltage of lead-acid batteries 12V, through the boost chopper and enter the full-bridge inverter circuit, and then step-up transformer is obtained through the isolation frequency in need 220V AC. With the battery in the power supply during the gradual reduction in the voltage is gradually reduced, will affect the AC output voltage amplitude changes. The design of this controller can drive inverter control and regulation control of two to share the user load on the AC output to meet the quality requirements.
