Voltage divider is the equipment used to measure which is changed the high voltage to a low-voltage in accordance with a certain ratio of the measured attenuation, resistance-capacitance-type voltage divider is mainly used for transient voltage measurements. Characteristics of the sub-divider calculated by the circuit voltage, the accurate results of parameter is difficult to obtain based on stray capacitance may exist. According to the characteristics of quasi-static field, the paper describes the quasi-static which contains displacement current and conduction current, and the paper is constructing the quasi-static field boundary value problem model and a voltage divider quasi-static field model. It is focusing on the method of studying the suspension good conductor, comparing the two methods. It calculated and simulated the voltage divider in different frequency, emerging from the study of the frequency characteristics divider, analyzing and summarizing the data, which is refer for future measurement and design.
